1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Lemonz platform, operated by Lemonz, by both job-seeking students and employers in Belgium.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the app, users (both students and employers) agree to comply with these Terms.
3. User Eligibility & Registration

Students must be legally enrolled in an educational institution and reside in Belgium.

Employers must represent a legally registered entity or sole proprietorship.

All users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. User Obligations

All users are responsible for keeping their profiles and provided information up to date.

Users agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose: facilitating student job connections.
5. Subscription & Payment (Employers)
-
Use of the app is free for students.
-
Employers must pay a monthly subscription fee as outlined on the application, the page “Subscriptions”.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Job Matching and Availability
-
Employers can post job opportunities via the platform.
-
Students can apply based on availability and preferences.
-
The platform does not guarantee job placement or hiring results.
7. Student Working Hours Tracking
Students are required to regularly update their available working hours as defined by the Belgian Government. Failure to do so may result in reduced platform functionality or account suspension.
8. Communication & Chat Function

The in-app messaging system must only be used for job-related communication.

Users agree not to send abusive, irrelevant, or inappropriate messages.

The platform reserves the right to monitor and moderate usage to maintain safety.
9. Prohibited Use
Users may not:

Misrepresent their identity or credentials

Use the app for purposes other than job-related activities
-
Send spam, offensive, or harassing content
-
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for any violation of these Terms without notice. In case of employer non-payment, access may be restricted.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, and design elements are owned by Lemonz and may not be reused without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the app, including missed job opportunities or employer misconduct.
13. Privacy
We process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. We do not sell or share personal data outside the scope of service delivery.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Brussels.
15. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app or email.

1. Introductie
Deze Algemene Voorwaarden (“Voorwaarden”) regelen het gebruik van het Lemonz platform, beheerd door Lemonz, door zowel werkzoekende studenten als werkgevers in België.
2. Aanvaarding van de Voorwaarden
Door een account aan te maken of de app te gebruiken, stemmen gebruikers (zowel studenten als werkgevers) in met deze Voorwaarden.
3. Gebruikersgeschiktheid & Registratie

Studenten moeten ingeschreven zijn in een onderwijsinstelling en in België wonen.

Werkgevers moeten een wettelijk geregistreerde onderneming of zelfstandige zijn.
-
Alle gebruikers verstrekken accurate, actuele en volledige informatie bij registratie.
4. Verplichtingen van de Gebruiker

Gebruikers zijn verantwoordelijk voor het bijwerken van hun profiel en verstrekte gegevens.

Gebruikers gebruiken het platform alleen voor het beoogde doel: het verbinden van studenten met werk.
5. Abonnement & Betaling (Werkgevers)
-
De app is gratis voor studenten.
-
Werkgevers betalen een maandelijks abonnementstarief zoals vermeld op de prijs of contractpagina.
-
Abonnementskosten zijn niet-restitueerbaar, behalve indien wettelijk vereist.
6. Jobmatching & Beschikbaarheid
-
Werkgevers kunnen vacatures plaatsen via het platform.
-
Studenten kunnen solliciteren op basis van beschikbaarheid en voorkeuren.
-
Het platform garandeert geen baanplaatsing of resultaten.
7. Werkurenregistratie door Studenten
Studenten zijn verplicht om hun beschikbare werkuren regelmatig bij te werken zoals opgelegd door de Belgische overheid (600urenregel). Bij niet-naleving kan de functionaliteit beperkt of het account opgeschort worden.
8. Communicatie & Chatfunctie

In-app berichten mogen alleen voor werkgerelateerde communicatie worden gebruikt.
-
Berichten mogen niet misbruik, irrelevante of ongepaste inhoud bevatten.
-
Het platform behoudt zich het recht voor om gebruik te monitoren en te modereren.
9. Verboden Gebruik
Gebruikers mogen niet:

Zich anders voordoen dan ze zijn

Het platform gebruiken voor niet-werkgerelateerde doeleinden

Spam of beledigende tekst verzenden
-
Pogingen doen tot hacken, reverse-engineering of verstoring van het platform
10. Opschorting & Beëindiging van Accounts
We behouden ons het recht voor om accounts op te schorten of te verwijderen bij schending van deze Voorwaarden. Bij nietbetaling kunnen werkgeversaccounts beperkt worden.
11. Intellectueel Eigendom
Alle handelsmerken, inhoud en designelementen zijn eigendom van Lemonz en mogen niet hergebruikt worden zonder toestemming.
12. Aansprakelijkheidsbeperking
Het platform wordt geleverd “zoals het is”. We zijn niet aansprakelijk voor schade als gevolg van gebruik, inclusief gemiste werkgelegenheidskansen of wangedrag door werkgevers.
13. Privacy
We verwerken gebruikersgegevens zoals beschreven in ons [Privacybeleid] en [Cookiesbeleid]. We verkopen of delen geen persoonsgegevens buiten het doel van het platform.
14. Toepasselijk Recht
Deze Voorwaarden vallen onder Belgisch recht. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechtbanken van Brussels.
15. Wijzigingen
We kunnen deze Voorwaarden te allen tijde bijwerken. Gebruikers worden geïnformeerd over belangrijke wijzigingen via de app of email.

2. Acceptation des Conditions
En créant un compte ou en utilisant l’application, les utilisateurs (étudiants et employeurs) acceptent ces Conditions.
3. Admissibilité & Inscription

Les étudiants doivent être inscrits dans un établissement d’enseignement et résider en Belgique.

Les employeurs doivent représenter une entreprise ou un indépendant légalement enregistré.

Tous les utilisateurs doivent fournir des informations exactes, à jour et complètes lors de l’inscription.
4. Obligations de l’Utilisateur

Les utilisateurs sont responsables de la mise à jour de leur profil et des informations fournies.

L’application doit être utilisée uniquement à des fins de mise en relation emploi-étude.
5. Abonnement & Paiement (Employeurs)

L’application est gratuite pour les étudiants.

Les employeurs paient un abonnement mensuel selon les tarifs figurant sur la page tarifaire ou contrat.
-
Les frais d’abonnement ne sont pas remboursables, sauf obligation légale.
6. Mise en Relation & Disponibilité

Les employeurs peuvent publier des offres d’emploi via la plateforme.
-
Les étudiants peuvent postuler selon leurs disponibilités et préférences.
-
La plateforme ne garantit pas de placement ni de résultat d’emploi.
7. Suivi des Heures de Travail des Étudiants
Les étudiants doivent régulièrement mettre à jour leurs heures de travail disponibles conformément aux règles belges (règle des 600 heures). Le non-respect peut entraîner une suspension ou un accès limité.
8. Communication & Chat

Le système de messagerie intégré doit être utilisé uniquement pour des communications liées à l’emploi.
-
L’envoi de messages abusifs, hors sujet ou inappropriés est interdit.
-
La plateforme se réserve le droit de surveiller et modérer les communications.
9. Usages Interdits
Les utilisateurs ne peuvent pas :

Se faire passer pour autrui

Utiliser l’application à des fins non liées à l’emploi

Envoyer des spams ou contenus offensants
-
Tenter de pirater, décompiler ou perturber la plateforme
10. Suspension & Résiliation de Compte
Nous nous réservons le droit de suspendre ou supprimer les comptes en cas de violation des Conditions. En cas de non-paiement, l’accès employeur peut être restreint.
11. Propriété Intellectuelle
Tous les logos, contenus et éléments de design appartiennent à Lemonz et ne peuvent être réutilisés sans autorisation.
12. Limitation de Responsabilité
La plateforme est fournie « telle quelle ». Nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages liés à l’utilisation, y compris les opportunités manquées ou les comportements inappropriés.
13. Confidentialité
Nous traitons les données des utilisateurs conformément à notre Politique de confidentialité et Politique de Cookies. Nous ne vendons ni ne partageons les données personnelles en dehors de l’objectif de la plateforme.
14. Droit Applicable
Ces Conditions sont régies par le droit belge. Tout litige relèvera des tribunaux compétents de Brussels.
15. Modifications
Nous pouvons modifier ces Conditions à tout moment. Les utilisateurs seront informés des changements importants via l’application ou email.
